What’s the difference between a lead and a booked estimate?

A lead is a new inquiry (form, call, chat, message). A booked estimate is a confirmed time on your calendar with contact details. We track both—booked estimates are the goal.

Can your AI chatbot book straight into my calendar?

Yes. The AI answers basics and sends your booking link; with calendar integration it can place the appointment directly. If the visitor stalls, a human takes over.

What happens if a lead doesn’t book right away?

We run a structured, multi-touch follow-up (SMS/email/phone) to move the conversation forward—then stop when they say yes or no. It’s polite, brand-safe, and effective.

Do I own the ad accounts, phone numbers, and all the data?

Yes. You own everything. We build inside your accounts (or transfer anything we provision). All leads, call recordings, and reports stay with you.

How do you handle seasonality—can we adjust budget and offers on demand?

Yes. We dial budgets up/down, shift focus (e.g., tint in summer, ceramic in fall), and rotate offers. Give us a heads-up and we’ll plan promos around your capacity.

What’s included in your monthly fee vs. my ad spend?

Our fee covers strategy, builds, CRM/automation, optimization, and reporting. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta. Call/SMS usage (if any) is a small pass-through

Do you offer city/radius exclusivity, and how does it work?

We offer limited exclusivity on our top package within an agreed city/service radius. It’s first-come and written into your proposal so there’s no overlap.

How often do I get reports, and what do they include?

You get a weekly summary (leads, bookings, cost per result) and a live dashboard. We also do a quarterly strategy review to plan around slow/peak seasons.

What do you need from me to start (photos, pricing, services, hours)?

Your services & pricing, service area, shop hours, logo/photos, Google Business Profile access, and preferred calendar availability. The onboarding form takes ~30–45 minutes.

What results should I expect in the first 30–60 days?

Week 1–2: launch & learning. First inquiries usually start within days. Weeks 2–4: booked estimates as the system stabilizes. 30–60 days: steadier volume as we optimize. (Market, budget, and creative impact speed.)
